What to confirm.
Confirm which CPE track (80 or 60 hours) applies based on hours worked in a board-licensed firm, and confirm the firm-licence renewal year (the Board's in-state firm page states firm renewals occur in July of even-numbered years). KRS 325.330(2) and (4) still refer to a July 1 expiration and renewal date while subsection (7)(a) and the Board's pages use August 1 — confirm the Board applies August 1. Pending changes: KRS 325.282 was amended by 2026 Ky. Acts ch. 21 effective July 15, 2026 (education-and-experience basis for the practice privilege with a June 30, 2025 grandfather clause) and KRS 325.330 by 2025 Ky. Acts ch. 4 effective June 27, 2025; 201 KAR 1:065 (individual licence renewal) is marked 'Expired' on the legislature's site, so the renewal procedure rests on KRS 325.330 and the Board's renewal page; 201 KAR 1:160 describes itself as implementing KRS 325.301(12), while the peer review mandate sits in KRS 325.301(10)(a) of the current statute.
